Multiple Workbooks with Power Query - Same CSV Data Sources

I am hoping this is a fairly simple question.

I have just been asked to produce 2 reports that will be the exact same, using the same data sources which are all in CSV format. Being that these 2 reports cannot stay in the same file, will there be any issues if I were to run the refreshes simultaneously?
