Multiple VLOOKUP

I need to Do a VLOOK UP with IF..

IF Cell Contains YES, Then do a VLOOKUP up on 1 range with 3 Criteria separate but from the same Range...

For

SO If A1 Says YES
then

VLOOKUP RANGEA,CELL#1
VLOOKUP RANGEA,CELL#2
VLOOKUP RANGEA,CELL#3

Help please with one formula

SO If A1 Says YES

the Look up Should Return:

The VLOOKup would look at 3 CElls...and Find it in the range 2 Ranges 1 column over

This would be whats found from the Range
CELL#1 {SPACE} CELL#2 {SPACE} CELL#3

It would probably be easier if you could show some sample data, along with expected results
