Hello everyone! I really hope someone can help me with this because I need to do,

i have text file data in a certain folder that I need to open and then import into Excel. I don't know how many files are going to be in the designated folder. The text file contains 1st line is column heading, it is delimited by Tab.

How to know the text files are having the same column heading, and how many columns are there , if the heading or not smilar then the text file does not need to import.

It's mostly the identifying and reading in the multiple filenames that I need to process that I need help with.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
