Multiple Text Cells and Coditional Formating

Hello I'm trying to set up C. formatting for multiple text cells. Currently I have to add about 180 C. formatting rules to a single cell.

The first tab “Agents”, I have a static list of names. Each column represents a working shift (i.e. B1 = 7am–4pm, C1 = 8am–5pm, etc…). Below those cells is list of names that pertain to that shift.

In another tab “Month”, I have a calendar. And the way it needs to work is when I type a name on the calendar, it needs to change color according to their shift in the “Agents” tab. For instance any name in the 7am – 4pm column needs to turn orange with white text.

I’ve have been having to select a cell in the calendar and C. format 180 different names into it. Then I copy that cell into the rest of the calendar. Needless to say, it’s a pain. By any chance is there a formula or even a macro that can expedite this process?

I am able to share the current workbook if needed. It’s not a confidential file.
