Multiple matching & 2 conditions

Column J (J17:J999) & column K (K17:K999) contains values.
In column N starting with N17:N999, I want column K values
PROVIDED
J17= X1 AND
K17 = Y1 AND
J column does not have blank or null filled thr' a formula "" AND
K column does not have blank or null filled thr' a formula ""

How to do this in column N (N17:N999)

What do you mean by X1 and Y1.
Can you give a clear example?
