Morning

I need your help please :warning::eeek:

I have a spreadsheet full of data, for closed files and open files. These are a mixture of claimed and saved amounts for different insurance companies for files we have closed, as well as open files (so savings tbc, but will soon be changed to 'Closed' with the savings entered).

I have another sheet, with the stats for these broken down.

I have a list of each insurer, and need to calculate for each (using just closed files);

Claimed (£), Saved (£), Savings (as a %), Number of closed files, number of active.

I therefore need to insert a forumula which looks at the master spreadsheet, determines which files are not only 'Closed' in one column, but also for the specific insurer in the 'Insurers' column, and then to drag the amounts from that row (if both criteria are met).

Please help as I need to do this ASAP, as I need to get auto calculations and statistics from my workbook for MI purposes.

Thanks in advance!! :rolleyes: ;)

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
