Hello there.

I need help with a lookup matter.
My efforts to use INDEX and MATCH have not worked.
A system generated report is received is in columns and looks like this:

Ticket ID Type Measure Oct 2019 Overall Result
7004114394 Amount Finalized H 1.00 1.00
7004114394 Average Author Action Time H
0.00 0.00
7004114394 Average Waiting Time H
0.48 0.48
7004114394 Average Process Time H
2058.60 2058.60
7004114394 Average End-to-End Duration H
2059.07 2059.07
7004114394 Average Lifecycle Time H
2059.07 2059.07
7004172682
Amount Finalized H
1.00 1.00
7004172682
Average Author Action Time H
0.00 0.00
7004172682
Average Waiting Time H
3.75 3.75
7004172682
Average Process Time H
698.07 698.07
7004172682
Average End-to-End Duration H
885.40 885.40
7004172682
Average Lifecycle Time H
1253.37 1253.37

I need to put each Ticket Number, with the different headings in a row so each row is unique.

NOTE: I have only used TWO of the Ticket numbers - there could be a hundred.

Thanks in advance.

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

N.B.
- With any of the Add-Ins with recent versions of Windows, you may need to "unblock" the file. In Windows Explorer, find the file, right-click, Properties, General tab, tick the 'Unblock' box down near the bottom.
- If you end up with two small squares in your Reply window with any of the HTML makers, close any open Windows Explorer windows and try again.
