  1. Windows
A1 (Fee) = $ Value
A2 (Lodged) = Yes/No
A3 (Type) = Multiple choices
A4 (Risk) = Yes/No
A5 (Option) = Fee Waiver
This IFS function does works but I would like to use an IF function so that rather than an #N/A response for False I would like "Declined"
=IFS(AND(A1<=30,A2="Yes",A3<>"Dishonour Fee - Auto",A5="Fee Waiver"),"APPROVED",AND(A3="Dishonour Fee - Auto",A4="Yes",B6="Fee Waiver"),"APPROVED")

Here are the requirements:
"Approved" = A1<=30 & A2 = "Yes" & A3<>"Dishonour Fee - Auto" & A5 = "Fee Waiver" ("Declined" if A1, A2, A3 or A5 has any other answer)
"Approved" = A3 = "Dishonour Fee - Auto" & A4 ="Yes" & A5 = "Fee Waiver" ("Declined if A3, A4 & A5 have any other answer)

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Try:
Code:
=IF(B5<>"Fee Waiver","Declined",IF(B3<>"Dishonour Fee - Auto",IF(AND(B1<=30,B2="Yes"),"Approved","Declined"),IF(B4="Yes","Approved","Declined")))
