Hi. I'm a new here. My problem is as below:
I want to locate multiple groups of option buttons in a worksheet by references to multiple cells(for each group). this is not possible when i have more than one question and want to have multi-group of option buttons. e.g. when I want to create below form, all option boxes will be a group and changing in reference of a group, will change all boxes reference.

Form:
Question1: What's your favorite software: o Word o Excel o Access
Question2: What's your favorite browser? o IE o Chrome o Opera o firefox

In this example, when I select an option in question2 options, question1 options will be deselected and vice versa. Also, when I change "cell Link" in question1 options, question2 "cell link" will be changed automatically and vice versa.

Please help me. Thanks. rasa

You have to adjust the buttons "Group Name". The first question's option buttons should all have the same group name, the second question's buttons should be group name, etc, etc, etc.

Hi Rasa,

welcome to the board!

It depends hether you're using form controls or activex controls.

With activex controls there's a property called 'GroupName' which you can change to organise the option buttons. If you're using form controls you shoudl use group boxes (the ones with the xyz icon) and drag one of these around each set of options to define their groups.

Hope this helps

Nick
