greeting to all

i was thinking do i need a macro or just a normal custom sort to make it happen
1) i need to filter col_A in ascending and then col_C in below prority under a mergedcell
Lead > H1 > H2 > others

secondly:
how could i get a bottom line quickly in range a1:j500 under a merged cell for everyone like below screen cap?

thanks for your guidance

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
