Multiple entry form?

I have a huge macro that creates/pulls info from multiple tables by vendor by date and then opens a report. You can run it for any single week or range of weeks.

Currently when I run the macro I have to enter the start date and end date, and vendor number for every query in the macro.

Is there a way to create a form that once you enter teh start date, end date and vendor it would copy to all the other fields? I have never used forms, but it seems that it needs to be tied to one query is that correct?

It could also be a series of forms I suppose.

Thanks,
David

any questions please let me know.

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I suspect you are using Parameters in your criteria in the queries.

I don't know your over all structure but, lets say you had a form with a text box and a button to run the macro.

Instead of the criteria using the square brackets to get a Prompt, put a reference to the text box on the form like this: (for all your queries)

[forms]![YourFormname]![YourControlName]

The button should also refer to the Text box to print only that range.

On Click Macro Event: (In the "Where" condition of Macro)

[Date]=[Forms]![YourFormName]![Date]
