Multiple conditions in rows (for now!) and columns (months) for SUMIFS (?)

Hello everyone.

I have written the formula as seen below and works like that:
In the A6:A35 is looking for the codes that have as a 7th and 8th letters "CN" and then in the B6:B35 is looking for "Reliable". Then for the month August (j6:j35) it sums the amounts for the above criteria.

What I want to create in cell Q6, through a control variable from 1 to 12 (say in cell P15) reflecting the current month, is a formula that will sum up the year to date (YTD). If someone has another idea without the numbering on top is welcome. But I need to put the month number in P15 and then Q6 will be recalculated.

Example:
For FY17 YTD (until February-> which means P15=2) the yellow cells matching the conditions will result Q6=96.

Notes:
What it might be relevant for this formula is the numbering dummies above each month (C1:N1). All the data are taken from pivot table.

Thanks in advance for any input.
I have reallly tried this over and over again but this is beyond my (little) knowledge.

Loukas

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
