i am trying to create formula for below table but its not working properly

High	Medium	Low	Required Result
Task1	0	0	6	Low
Task2	0	<=2	<=2	Low
Task3	0	1	6	Low medium
Task4	1	0	<=4	Low medium

What is the exact criteria for determining each possible result?
Low
Low-Medium
Medium
Medium-High
High

For low - highest value in low criteria
For Low-Medium - High Value is 0 & medium & Low greater than 1
For Medium - High Value is less than medium & low value is 0
