Hi All,

I am working with a data table set up like above, but much larger with more profiles and rows (attributes). I was wondering if there is a way to easily set up the data in a different way or some other solutions to quickly get at insights like x% of profiles are Interested in Sports and Fashion, and are Quality Conscious and have a dog. Let me know if you have any questions or if this is unclear. Thank you!

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi,

Just insert a Pivot Table ...

Hope this will help

Hi James,

Thanks for the quick response. I am familiar with pivot tables, but in this case, with the data set up the way it is, it doesn't (unless I am doing something wrong with pivot table set up) get to what I am looking for. Any ideas on changing the data layout or anything like that? Thanks.
