Multi User Conflict Issue

Dear All,

I created an user form in excel, information inputted on this user form will be saved in a worksheet name "Database".

I have put the file on a shared network as well as enabling the shared excel function to allow multiple users to access the excel.

However, I encountered an issue whereby if multiple users are inputting information at the same time, user form will save the data on the same rows, and cause an excel conflict when the last users trying to save the workbook, a pop up windows will prompt user to whether accept the changes from other user or accept the changes from the current users.

Tried chatgpt and forum search but find no clue, just wondering if there is any solution to resolve the above concern so multiple users can actually work on the excel at the same time without causing data conflict on the same row?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
