Multi-Tiered Donut Chart

Hi all - I am trying to create a multi tiered donut chart and keep getting labels repeating in each tier as shown -

Would anyone be able to advise what I might be doing wrong.

I would also like to be able to change the colour of each segment based on it's value. I assume I will need a macro to do this, would anyone be able to help on that as well?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
It may be better to place the percentages to the side of the chart in a separate data stack, not too sure on the colour by % or indeed that any understanding of the colours would be seen by the viewer.
