Multi-column listbox where some columns contain drop-down lists

Hi guys,

I want to create a listbox that has 3 columns. The first column will show data from an excel sheet. For the second and third column, I want each entry to be a drop-down list containing numbers 1-100, that the user can select. Is this possible? If not, I'd appreciate any advice on a work-around or other ideas to achieve this.
