Morning,
I am using the code below of which one question regarding HAS THE SECURITY MARKED BEEN APPLIED.
Basically which ever you select the value YES / NO should be entered into the cell at column K

The code is shown in Red below.
Do you see any issue as not always does the word NO get entered into cell K

See my screenshot please.

Excel Facts

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Would not your internal procedures be the determinant of whether there is an issue if NO is omitted" The code looks OK. It is up to the User to answer the question properly.

The user does answer correctly.
The only option is either click yes or no.
depending which they click them that word should Be entered in the cell.
Looking at the screen shot you can see that some are not entered when no was selected.

What do you see in the formula bar when you select one of the "empty" cells where you expect "NO"?

Morning,
Looking in the address bar there is nothing which is strange.
Ive looked at the code & see it to be ok.

Can we have some kind of back up / catch code so once YES / No has been selected the code will check to make sure the value has been placed in the cell at column K
Then IF / WHEN it happens again at least the MsgBox will advice me of this.

Many thanks

So would this work to catch the empty cell ?

With ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("POSTAGE").Cells(lastrow + 1, 11).Value = "" MsgBox "NO VALUE IN SECURITY CELL", vbCritical, "SECURITY MESSAGE"
No, that has syntax issues. Try:
If Worksheets("POSTAGE").Cells(lastrow+1,11).value = "" Then msgbox "NO VALUE IN SECURITY CELL", vbCritical, "SECURITY MESSAGE"

Hard to tell - your indentation doesn't lend itself to easy checking. Can't tell what If the End IF in red font belongs with. The line I gave you is standalone, doesn't require an End IF.
