MSExcel Worksheet in MS Word as descriptive code (link)- How to restore?

I have problem: MS Excel tables in MS Word turned in a descriptive link or semantic code!
How to restore (get it back) the original look of my Word document with MS Excel Worksheet on it?:confused:
Please help!

Presumably your Excel tables look something like:
{LINK Excel.Sheet.8 "C:\\Users\\Omega009\\Documents\\ExcelWorkbook.xls" "Sheet1!R1C1:R10C10" \a \p }

In that case, you've managed to toggle the field code display 'on'. Pressing Alt-F9 toggles the field code display 'on/off'.
