MS Word - Pictue Issue

Hi Guys,
I haven't posted here in a while but really need your help now. basically, I have a user who has issues with Pictures being displayed in Word (It just shows a Big red X). I have looked at all his settings and also made sure that the "Picture Placholder" option is unticked but it is still not showing any pictures.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I have asked him to send the document to me and I can view them fine, they also do not show up when he clicks Print preview....I have also Uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office!!
