MS Word: Option Buttons

Hi! Hope someone can help.
I am working on a questionnaire using MS Word and started to try out the option button feature from the Control Box.
How do I sort of group up or segregate the option buttons into its respective batches? As of now, every option button I create belong to only one question per se.
