Hello,

I have a word document that has a check-box to activate a user form once the check-box is active. The User form has a drop down with names of people who have digital signatures. The macro works by pulling the saved .png or .jpeg file from a specific hard drive. The problem I'm having is not everyone across the company has access to every drive. Is there a way to hide images in a word document so that I can unhide a specific image if the user selects a specific person from the user form? Clicking - Display picture place holders was a start but it hides all images and just shows the place holders.

Let me know if you have any suggestions or comments that could help!

Cheers,

Lawrence Collymore

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
