Dear Members,
I have a Word File which is basically an Agreement.
I want to allow my associates only to edit the Title Clauses of First Party alone... based on selection of a type of the party entering into the agreement say like 1. a company or 2. individuals or 3. any LLPs etc... Second Party will always be my company. So no editing will be allowed.

Then in the consideration part, supply of certain goods, work nature, supply of number of manpower, breakup of consideration will be left blank (a simple underscore). Only this portion to be edited.

Addition of any Annexures/Addendums allowed. But in Track Change mode.

And lastly, only the Signature Column to be edited.

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated please.

Thanks in Advance.

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Simply apply "No changes (Read Only)" protection to the document (via Developer|Restrict Editing), marking the designated editable areas as exceptions. You can't limit track changes to just a nominated portion of the document, though.
