MS Vista - Recycle Bin Deleted From Desktop - Recover ?

Morning,

Colleague has inadvertantly deleted the recycle bin icon from his
desktop.

Any ideas how to "get the icon" back ?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Sort by date Sort by votes
In Windows Explorer: Click on Desktop, then go down to The Recycle Bin and drag it across. That should put the shortcut on your Desktop.

Sometimes, users accidentally delete the recycle bin or their computers. Anyway, to recover Vista recycle bin, you need to right-click on your Windows Vista desktop, choose Personalize, choose Change desktop icons on the Tasks pane, and click on the Recycle Bin checkbox. You will then be able to get back your deleted recycle bin.
