Ms outlook 2010 - calendar

Hello all,

A work we use the calendar to book vehicles in for service.

Is it possible to make a user interface, to record information such as

Customer
Caller Name
Contact Number
Problem

I want to set this up to prompt people to get the correct info everytime.

You could customise the Contacts section and add your own fields in there, other than that you may be better of using Excel or Access.
