MS blocking Macros from OneDrive files and NOTHING is working

I have scoured the boards and tried every solution out there, but nothing is working so that I can enable macros on my OneDrive excel files.

1. When I click on Properties, there is no option to "unblock" security. Most of the boards show a Security detail under the Attributes section, but it isn't showing up for me. (I have confirmed that I am using the most current version of Office 365 and that I have the most current updates).

2. I have added OneDrive as a Trusted Location to my files, both on my computer settings and within the Trust Center settings in the Excel files. When I attempt to add the location/filepath again, it says the trusted location already exists.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? I'm desperate to get my macro-enabled files working again.

Thank you,

Yes, that option was selected.

It is now suddenly working again after I rebooted my computer. Not sure which of the fixes actually worked, but for now it seems to be okay. Thank you for all your help!
