Greetings,

I'm trying to import a record to a new table The record has 234 fields. I keep getting an error and only the first 130 fields are import. When I try to manually enter the missing records I get a maximum record length error.

The record has a total of 3373 characters across all fields. According to the Microsoft Access 2013 specs the maximum record length is 4000 characters.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Access allows for 255 fields per table, so I don't think record length or number of fields is the issue.
What kind of data file is this (text, Excel, database)
I would check your data, specifically at field 131. Maybe you have a carriage return or some other special character.
