I tried using Forum Table maker but here's my result, what's wrong??

That is NOT code from the correct program. You need the HTML Maker or Excel Jeanie, as previously stated.

No, it isn't.

The only add-in I have seen that creates code using square brackets like that is the YaBB Table Maker. It is available on the same page as the HTML Maker--but is NOT used on this forum.

Again, you want HTMLMaker--which is exactly what the program is called--or Excel Jeanie.
