Mr Excel password reset

Hello,
I can't remember my password for this site, to set up a new password it seem I have to enter the old one, which I can't remember,
round in circles we go., I can't see a 'I forgotten my password ' option. Obviously it' ok from my machine but not great if i want to access from elsewhere.
Surly there's a way round this.

When you visit the site, if you are not loged-in you will see this at the top of the board.

Just click on the "reset your password" link
 
And just below the Password box when you click on the Login - "Forgot your password?":

Thanks, all done, logging in automatically I never thought to actually try logging out , durr?
