I have a scenario where I need to move additional data in rows with the same primary key into additional columns. Below is a link to two photos to reflect what the current data output looks like and how I will need it to appear:

Education & Work History - Album on Imgur

Basically, I need the data from each row to roll up into separate, repeating columns based upon the primary key, Candidate ID. Is this possible?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
burghman217,

You are posting pictures. This means that if this was a problem where one needed to use your data, anyone trying to help you would have to enter the data manually.

We would like more information. Please see the Forum Use Guidelines in the following link:

See reply #2 at the next link, if you want to show small screenshots, of the raw data, and, what the results should look like.

Or, you can post your workbook/worksheets to the following free site (sensitive data changed), mark the workbook for sharing, and, provide us with a link to your workbook:

burghman217,

Thanks for the link.

When I click on the link to save/download, it would appear that the file is a ZIP file.

I have had problems in the past when attempting to download a zipped file, or, an Excel file with macros, with the xlsm file extension.

Please try again on dropbox, withput zipping the workbook/worksheet(s), or, by including a smaller version of the workbook/worksheet(s).

Hi hiker95,

Thanks for your help. Rather than right-clicking on the file, can you click on the file, and the click the arrow next to the DOWNLOAD button at the top-right of the page? That will allow you to download only the Excel file.

Thanks!

burghman217,

I have had problems in the past when attempting to download/open a zipped file in any fashion.

Please see Rule #12 at the next link on how to continue with your thread.

Hi hiker95,

My apologies--I meant to clarify in the last post. It's actually not a zip file--it's just the Excel workbook. It's your browser that's causing it to download it as a zipped file (by you clicking directly on the file to save). I never zipped the file before uploading to Dropbox.
If you use the download button within the UI of the page, you'll be able to download the Excel workbook directly. Thanks!

burghman217,

One last try.

When I click on download, I get the following message:

What do you want to do with Excel.Zip?
From: dldropboxusercontent.com

I can not help you.

burghman217,

I will only download/open a workbook/worksheet(s) from dropbox, because I have had only good experiences up until now.

The only other alternative that I will work from are screenshots.

See reply #2 at the next link, if you want to show small screenshots, of the raw data, and, what the results should look like.

If you can not show screenshots, per the above, then:

Please see Rule #12 the second paragraph, at the next link on how to continue with your thread, so that someone else will assist you.
