Moving "Grand Totals" account in PivotTable

Hi all,

I have a problem moving the "Grand Totals" account to the bottom-line in my Pivot Table.
How can you do this (without changing the data model - e.g. creating a new linked table etc.)
As I can see, it is only possible with sub-totals?

Any suggestions?

If you want the grand total at the top... you could try this trick: Grand Total Mania! (Totals at Top & Multiple Totals) « PowerPivotPro

I know that trick - but then you will change the data model Thanks though...

If you have rows available at the top, or if not, maybe to the right, I have used VLOOKUP to put the Grand Totals at the top.


Just something like:

=VLOOKUP("GRAND TOTAL",A:A,2,FALSE)

Changing the ranges, and column lookup to as appropriate.
