I am wanting to create an archive sheet where old records (full row) needs to be added.

I have a list of invoices which can contain duplication based on a product number, the only unique reference is the date.

What I am trying to do is to move all duplicate entries with the exception of the latest version into a new tab and create an archive sheet. By doing this it will just leave the live invoice per product and therefore condensing the list significantly.

Once this is done I would like to automatically update the archive sheet by the product number then descending dates.

In my head it seems straight forward, but I haven't a clue where to start so could really do with help.

Thanks for reading.

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
