Hi all

This is my first post so please be gentle :) as this could take some explaining

I have a spreadsheet for Vehicle maintenance and need to move some cell info from one worksheet to another then delete the original info

So i have a worksheet called Schedule Reminder that has 68 vehicles in Col A row 3:71 when the mechanics add the following info, date for Oil Change Col J, date for coolant change in Col K and defects in Col L i want the info moved to another worksheet called Vehicle Service Record under the corresponding row for that vehicle and deletes the original info from J,K and L in the Schedule Reminder worksheet.

So for example, if they add 02/10/17 to J and K and add a number of defects to L for a vehicle in Row 32 then click a button it will move the data to the same row for that vehicle in the other worksheet and delete the original data.
Then when the info is added again for the next service its again added to the Vehicle Service Record worksheet but this time adds it to the next row for that vehicle.

Hope that makes sense and someone can help and save me from going insane

Thank you

It is always easier to help and test possible solutions if we could work with your actual file. Perhaps you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com. or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. Include a detailed explanation of what you would like to do referring to specific cells and worksheets. If the workbook contains confidential information, you could replace it with generic data.
