moving contents from 1 sheet to another in a different format

thank you for looking at this post! i am very new to excel, i didnt even know some things were possible that i have read here. i am looking for guidance

i get data in a spread sheet and make it easy to understand for others.

this how i receive the data

i have been doing this by linking cells from one sheet to another and linking, BUT sometimes the original is slightly different.

if there is already a thread on this please direct me to it. if this is something that you can teach me please do. i have signed up for an another excel class but i have no idea if it will teach me the magic you all create.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
