Good Afternoon Guys

I have a sheet that includes the days runnners and their form. From column Y to AC are the days runners with the class of the race they competed in. What I want to do is put those numbers into the horse's form line, on this sheet it starts in row 363.
How can I get the numbers from those in coluns Y to AC in line with the horses form line from row 362. There is probably some simple equation but I can't find it.

Thank you.
Rob
