move the active, yellow row within VBA X rows before

Hi and thanks in advance!

until yesterday when I was debbuging my code in VBA.

When Using F8
If I wanted to go one row Up or before, I mean if the yellow row was the 15th row and I wanted to move to the 10th row within the code, I used to use my mousse.

and moving just with the mouse the yellow was the 10th row instead of the 15th row.

Now I cant move the yellow row.

when I am trying to do so puntting my cursor close to the yellow cross, I cant move the row,

Whats going on?
