Move Row to another sheet based on specific text

Good afternoon,

I wonder if anybody could assist me with the VBA code. i am trying to archive row to be moved to another sheet based on the value of T2,T3, T4 & T5. i would like to move the complete row to another sheet called T2&T3 if value found in cell A and T4 to separate sheet called T4 sheet from row 2 onwards and same for T5

it will need to look for all from either T2,T3,T4 or T5 from column A and move all to another sheet according to its sheets name
