Hello everyone,
I have a tricky question, and it is hard for me to describe the scenario into words. It is better that you see the screenshot first:
This is a PivotTable by summing up the values from a PowerQuery; and then the result is presented into rows by each numeric ID (level 2, ex. shown on rows 46, 71), following by the name variations (bottom level, ex. shown on rows 47-57&72). However, since companies have multiple numeric IDs, grouping multiple numeric IDs results in a top level group Consignee_ID2 (ex. shown on rows 45&58-70).
Question:
Given that I don't change the numeric IDs, how can I put the 47th row (record with numeric ID "3021615" and name "ADOBE SYSTEM INCORPORATED") under the top level group (Consignee_ID2) "ADOBE SYSTEMS INC"? Obviously rows 48-57 are not name variations and don't below to that group.
It is a long question, and thank you for reading this long post!
