Move data to new sheet if more than duplicate in one column

I have a spreadsheet with multi columns of data there are dups and triplicates I want to keep all the data that is dups but move if more than two instances. I'm looking to do this vai VBA

EX. (Note there are up to column K)

Column A Column B
1234 address info
1234 address info

9876 address info
9876 address info
9876 address info

567 address info
567 address info

456 address info
456 address info

345 address info
345 address info
345 address info
