Im Looking for a macro "VBA" Code to Move Data "$" from Sheet 1 "Input" to Sheet 3 "Master Sheet"

On the Sheet 3 "Master Sheet" i have about 1600 Names \
One Sheet 1 "Input" i have a Look up Option that Gets Some Data for Review but i want to be able to Put Some Data in a Cell and Click a Button "Macro" and it Take the Data and Move it to the Selected Name Corasponding Cell
Now i have already Created a "Constent" Record Numbers
I also Created a Refrence Marker for the Cells That i need Updated See Bellow for Detals
Refrence Marker: (Cell 'Sheet 1'L2) Formula: ="'Sheet 3'!D"&($A$3+2) Answer: 'Sheet 3'!D4
See i Created a Cell that Has the Location were i need the Data to go the +2 is to makeup for the Formating of that Page and $A$3 is the Reference Number

What i Dont Know or what i need is a Macro "VBA" to Take Data from 'Sheet 1'!E3 and Copy it to the Location Defined in 'Sheet 1'!L2 then Clear 'Sheet 1'!E3 Then Update Recalculate For A Bonus if 'Sheet 1'!E3 is Blank Display Error
It Would be Very Greatful for any Help That i can Get i have been Working on this for 3 Months
