Hello All,

Is there way to configure MS Access so that the cursor moves to the next record (below) after I enter value (using bar code reader) in a record?

We are entering a number of values in a form using bar code reader. After entering every value we have to manually move cursor to the next record using down arrow key. This is proving to be very frustrating in many ways.

So I was wondering if there was a way to get the cursor move automatically so that the operator can keep scanning (for entering values) without having to stop and move cursor.

Regards,
Rajesh

After little search online I learnt that it can be performed by programming bar code scanner. It was easy to program; just matter of scanning 6-7 parameter bar code for adding tab to the end of value scanned by the bar code.
