Move between worksheets in a workbook

Is there a shortcut key I can use to move to the next worksheet without using the mouse? In addition is there an easy way I can move to the next worksheet in a workbook whilst still having the previous one selected?

I have a spreadsheet with 300 worksheets on it that I am needing to delete certain ones but would like to preview first and don't like using the mouse to do so.

Try CTRL + PG DOWN and CTRL + PG UP

Since you're deleting sheets, the shortcut for that is /-E-L-Enter.

CTRL+Page_Down....selects the next worksheet to the right of the current one
CTRL+SHIFT+Page_Down....Extends the sheet selection to include the next sheet to the right, forming a group

CTRL+Page_Up and CTRL+SHIFT+Page_Up....moves/extends the selection to the left
