Is there a way to have more than one Data Validation in one cell.

I have a drop down menu on the cell with about 20-30 names.

Now i want a error to pop up if they do not select who they are.

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
I'm not sure that you can force a user to select a non-blank value from a drop-down. Perhaps an alternative would be to set up conditional formatting on the cell, so highlight it if is blank, to draw attention to the fact they need to fill it in?

Maybe this can work?

The Macro forces the user to put a Value in C4 before doing anything else.

Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)

If Target.Address > [c4].Address Then
If IsEmpty([c4]) Then
MsgBox "Cell C4 Must Have A Value." _
, vbCritical, "There Is A Problem!"
[c4].Select
End If
End If

End Sub
