Months showing in pivot table

Hi All,

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and am now on Excel 2016.

When i do a pivot table with dates it automatically put's a month header above the dates which I would rather not have, is there a way to remove this?

*Misread the post*
I originally misread the post and posted an incorrect solution.

I don't have 2016 but I found a few things that may be of interest.

My understanding is that you can remove the monthes in the field list. You can also "ungroup" the fields from one another:

If you want to keep excel from automatically grouping in the future you can make and edit in the registry:
