Hi everyone,

I am building an excel dashboard and need help calculating total headcount each month. Included in my raw data, I have original hire date and termination date. I would like a monthly ending total including any terminations for that month. I would also like to be able to show monthly and biweekly changes for the last 12 months. Please help.
