Hello,
We are working with real estate web site design for our new site, they said most IDX providers charge a small monthly fees for custom IDX implementation. Is that normal for IDX providers? I have talked to a few and most charge a monthly but then some charge a hefty one-time fee. I am not sure what to do, please advise.
