Monthly Alphalist of Payees!

I have been trying to make a Monthly Alphalist of Payees depending on the Return period selected from the scrollable list on the MAP sheet especially the amount of tax and the tax withheld column. The INPUT sheet where the Tax base for wte and tax base for gov mpay will be listed in sequence (one column) on the MAP sheet on the tax base column with their corresponding Tax withheld taken from two columns in INPUT sheet the WTE and GOV Mpay into one column. values are changing depending on the return period selected.
