dear all
i have some problem in date.request you to please help me,

i have date in col (29-07-2011) and i want to 5 month back date.
but 5 month back is feb and feb also have only 28 days.so i want date 28-02-2011.
please help me..

Indeed. In my experience what's likely to happen is that someone asks for a solution based on one figure, you spot a neat algorithm predicated on that figure, and then they come back and say, "No, I was just using 11 as an example: the actual figure I need is 2!"
