I have a field that I put in the month and year of the sale i.e. May04 is there a way to make a query that automatically puts in the currant month and year to list the sales of the currant month.
I know that you can use Month(Now()) and Year(Now()) how can you combine them to fit the way I have entered them. Thanks

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Is this really a date/time field?

If so, then try this in your query:

=format(Month(Now(),mmm)&format(Year(Now(),yy)

But I'm not swearing to nuthin!

:)
