Column A: 0:00 - 23:00
Column B: Employee's name (my entry)
Column C: formula to monitor manpower sufficiency: if sufficient returns covered, otherwise returns needs backup.
Conditions:
Each employee works 9 hours and will be on lunch at fifth hour.
For instance, Darick starts his shift at 0:00 and his lunch hour is between 0400-0500 and his shiff ends at 0900.
If no other employee is assigned between 0100-0400 then no one covers between 0400-0500.
Douglas starts his shift at 0900 and therefore manpower is covered after darick ends his shift at 0900. Sam covers Douglas's lunch hour between 1300-1400 since he starts his shift at 1300.
Douglas covers Sam's lunch hour between 1700-1800 because Douglas ends his shift at 1800.
Sam ends his shift at 2200 and manpower is insufficient if no one enters at 22:00.
